For over 30 years, I’ve helped leaders, families, and organizations thrive by teaching them how to foster connection, strengthen relationships, and cultivate a culture of empowerment. My work has taken me across the globe as an international speaker, consultant, and author, serving thousands of people who want to lead with love and purpose.
My Leadership Journey
I’ve had the privilege of serving on the senior leadership teams of Bethel Church in Redding, Calif., and Jesus Culture in Sacramento, Calif. I’ve also served as the family pastor at Bethel Church for over 16 years, where my focus has been on cultivating strong, healthy relationships within the community. I’m also the co-founder and president of Loving On Purpose, a ministry dedicated to strengthening families and communities worldwide.
Through my leadership roles and my passion for teaching, I’ve authored several books, including Keep Your Love On, Culture of Honor, and Unpunishable. My work focuses on equipping leaders to build successful relationships, empower those around them, and create cultures that last.
